About ARQ Foundation
ARQ Foundation is a humanitarian initiative established in 2024 to support underserved communities through practical, sustainable interventions. The Foundation focuses on restoring dignity, enabling self-sufficiency, and creating safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable individuals — particularly women, children, and the elderly.
Our work responds directly to gaps in access to food, shelter, healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. Rather than providing short-term relief alone, ARQ Foundation combines immediate aid with long-term empowerment programmes designed to break cycles of poverty and dependency.
Our Approach
ARQ Foundation operates through a Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) model to ensure that every initiative is monitored, evaluated, and improved for long-term impact.
We prioritise:
- Local partnerships and grassroots engagement
- Women-centred economic empowerment
- Sustainable solutions over dependency
- Transparent, needs-led resource allocation
- Continuous evaluation and scaling of successful programmes
Our Vision
We believe meaningful change requires more than aid — it requires opportunity, dignity, and inclusion.
ARQ Foundation is committed to developing sustainable networks of education, enterprise, and care that allow vulnerable communities not just to survive, but to rebuild their futures with confidence.

High in the isolated peaks of GilgitBaltistan, three remote mountain villages sit on the edge of survival. Cut off by treacherous terrain and repeated climatedriven disasters, families here face extreme poverty, food insecurity, and a critical lack of clean water.
