About ARQ Foundation
A non-profit charity organisation developed by a group of doctors, teachers and senior professionals. We strive to support those who live in impoverished communities, vulnerable demographics and inequalities that persist in the world today
Our Story
The ARQ Foundation was born out of a deep desire to address the pressing issues faced by underserved communities, vulnerable populations, and the inequalities that persist in the world today. Inspired by these challenges, the ARQ Foundation was created as an organization dedicated to empowering these communities through sustainable solutions and direct support.
Founded by Huma Qazi in honor of her late brother, Dr. Arshad Qazi, whose life was dedicated to serving others and making a lasting impact in the world. His unwavering commitment to helping the vulnerable inspired the continuation of his work, and ARQ Foundation is the way of ensuring that his legacy lives on.
Having witnessed the hardships faced by the most vulnerable—children, orphans, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities—we felt compelled to do more. This foundation was born out of a deep sense of responsibility to make a difference in a world where inequalities are widening, and too many people are left behind.

Our Founder - Huma Qazi
“I established this foundation in honour of my late brother, Dr. Arshad Qazi, whose life was dedicated to serving others and making a lasting impact in the world. His unwavering commitment to helping the vulnerable inspired me to continue his work, and ARQ Foundation is my way of ensuring that his legacy lives on.”
Our Beginning
In July 2024, we launched our inaugural initiative by providing drinks to approximately 10,000 people during the intense heatwave in Rawalpindi. This effort was critical in meeting an immediate need for relief in extreme weather conditions.
